Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will work with the Head of Sales to successfully position LG¡¯s Identity Authentication and Biometric Security products infrastructure as the recognized de facto standard for all biometric security applications. Individual will be responsible for ensuring maximum revenue growth of the company¡¯s products.

Responsibilities:
Growing all market segments through direct and partner channels
Full management of individual sales process, including directly uncovering business opportunities, account qualification, preparation of bid/no bid recommendation, and closing deals
Developing presentations and presenting to clients and partners
Developing strategic relationships with key System Integrators
Working closely with internal sales and technical teams to devise short and long term sales strategies and plans
Working hand in hand with customers to define their requirements and continuing involvement to ensure successful implementation
Working closely with all other sectors of the company to ensure maximum leverage of resources


Skills & Experience:
Proven track record with minimum 3-5 year experience selling direct and/or through large System Integrators with two or more employers. A complete understanding of the System Integrator/Entry Access Control product vendor working relationship is vital. A track record of success driving consultative led complex sales through the integrator channel.
High level contacts in key System Integrators and End Users. Credibility and respect within community is essential
Proven and consistent over achiever - earnings proof required
Experience selling complex, mission critical enterprise applications into an emerging market and innovatively creating real market penetration
Excellent understanding of access control market, philosophy and procurement,
Well rounded individual who can drive sales process from cold calling to structured lead generation, tracking and managing sales pipeline, management reporting and execution, client and Systems Integrator relationship management
Ability to think and act strategically while maintaining a commercial perspective
Strong influencing style and executive presence; articulate and confident
Development of presentation and trade show materials
Highly committed, energetic, determined and ¡°win-win¡± mentality


Qualification:
Degree required, Business Degree preferred
Sales training including Consultative Selling
